Culture

At Bioinsectis we are known for having a university background, discipline and focus on the principles of environmental sustainability and innovation. We work every day to develop sustainable solutions that improve agricultural productivity and people’s lives.

We dedicate a large part of our time and effort to our team´s professional development and to attracting talent and incentivizing loyalty, promoting training, work flexibility and motivation, among other things.

Our work is based on transparency and honesty with our stakeholders so that we obtain real improvements in relationships, processes and results.

We are committed to protecting the environment and the health of people and animals. Our goal is to reduce the environmental footprint for future generations.

Sustainable Development Goals

At Bioinsectis, we have incorporated some of the SDGs outlined by the UN General Assembly into our corporate culture and are working to include more.

We currently comply with the following SDGs:

We are aware of the need for a profound change in the agri-food system towards sustainable food. In this sense, we see the need to replace conventional chemical pesticides with sustainable products that benefit people’s health by increasing crop productivity.

At Bioinsectis we are committed to the full and effective participation of women in the company and to an optimum work-life balance.

We strive to promote talent. We are a former research group from the Public University of Navarre that decided to create the company and, in doing so, generate new jobs and offer exciting and challenging opportunities for young professionals.
